Responsibilities:
• Coordinates new business development in Asian markets.
• Responsible for developing marketing plan, direct and distributor sales performance, development and management of key personnel.
• Oversees operations of Master Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Master Chemical Corporation Siam Co., Ltd., Master Chemical Fluid Management Private Limited, and all sales, marketing, and distribution activities in the Asian region.
• Creates broad corporate policy for Asian business development and operations in conjunction with corporate strategic objectives.
• Establishes short term and long range plans for the Asian region consistent with overall corporate business growth and profit objectives.
