Neat Oils
A neat oil may be an oil derived from a petroleum, animal, or vegetable origin and are used "neat", that is without dilution with water. These oils may be a blend of one or more of the various "base" oils and may also contain boundary and/or extreme pressure lubricants. Neat oils provide maximum lubricity, but with minimal cooling.

TRIM® OD 316
Heavy-duty Gun Drilling Oil

TRIM® OD316 is a highly formulated, semi-synthetic neat cutting oil designed for use in gun drilling applications. TRIM® OD316 has the necessary blend of EP additives and esters to maximize tool life as well as the correct viscosity and washability to flush the chips away from the cutting zone. The product is primarily designed for use on steel alloys and exotic aerospace alloys, however, it is also safe for use on aluminium, cast iron, copper, brass and bronze. TRIM® OD316 has proven itself in difficult operations on stainless steels and corrosion resistant aerospace alloys.

TRIM® OG223
Medium to Heavy Duty Neat Grinding Oil

TRIM® OG 223 is a medium to heavy-duty neat grinding oil. TRIM® OG 223 is designed for use in grinding operations of hardened steel alloys, tool steels, stainless steels, inconels and titanium. TRIM® OG 223 is formulated to comply with aerospace regulations, i.e. no chlorine and no active sulphur additives. TRIM® OG 223 can also be used to machine all materials, including yellow metals, in high pressure applications where low oil mist is advantageous.

TRIM® OM 220 SCF contains no sulphur or chlorine containing extreme pressure additives. The use of TRIM® OM 220 SCF ensures excellent tool life and surface finishes. TRIM® OM 220 SCF is safe for use on aluminium alloy and steel alloy parts as well as cast iron, copper, brass and bronze.

TRIM® OM303 is safe for use on aluminium alloy and steel alloy parts as well as cast iron, copper, brass and bronze. This product is excellent for high-pressure applications such as thread rolling and thread form tapping. TRIM®
OM303 has proven itself in difficult operations on stainless steels and corrosion resistant aerospace alloys.

TRIM® TEC™ OG108 is a very high specification grinding oil formulated for carbide and HSS tool grinding operations. The product utilises a very highly refined hydrocracked base oil which ensures very low levels of mist and high flash point. TRIM® TEC™ OG108 has been formulated to provide excellent wheel flushing properties together with good friction reduction and workpiece cooling.
