TRIM® oil or solvent based corrosion inhibitors or rust preventatives are nonstaining, water displacing, can be used on a variety of metals, and can be applied by dip, srapy, or brush-on methods.

TRIM® RPO 12
Long-term Corrosion Inhibitor

TRIM® RPO 12 is a long-term, indoor rust preventative with a soft waxy film. RPO 12 is compatible with all metals and can be applied by dip, spray, or brush-on methods. The film thickness will be approximately eight microns.
- Nonstaining
- Humidity Cabinet Test: No rust @ 1400 hours (ASTM D1748)
- Salt Spray Test: No rust @ 168 hr. (ASTM B117)

TRIM® RPO 2L
Corrosion-inhibiting Oil

TRIM® RPO 2L is a nonstaining, water-displacing lubricant and rust preventative. RPO 2L is designed to provide moderate lubrication and indoor rust protection. It is easily removed with alkaline cleaners. RPO 2L meets the requirements of Mil Spec VVL 500.

TRIM® RPO 6
Rust Preventative Oil

TRIM® RPO 6 is a nonstaining, water displacing, thin-film rust preventative which can be used on a variety of metals. RPO 6 is designed to provide indoor rust inhibition. RPO 6 provides excellent protection for bearings and other precision parts, in-process parts in storage, as well as parts in transit.
- Excellent rust inhibition, generally in excess of six months in dry storage
- Nonstaining, and RPO 6 will provide cleaning action as well
- Water displacing to help prevent rust due to water trapped under the protective film
- Oxidation resistant to resist varnishing over long storage periods
- Easily removed with detergent cleaners such as TRIM® CLEAN 2029 “One-Step”
- Humidity Cabinet Test: No rust at 1000 hours (ASTM D1748)
- Salt Spray Test: 8 hours no rust/24 hours very slight (ASTM B117)

TRIM® RPO 6BF
Barium-free, low odor, corrosion inhibitor

TRIM® RPO 6BF is a barium-free, nonstaining, water displacing, thin-film corrosion inhibitor or rust preventative which can be used on a variety of metals. RPO 6BF is designed to provide indoor corrosion inhibition. RPO 6BF provides excellent protection for bearings and other precision parts, in-process parts in storage, as well as parts in transit.
- Barium free
- Light film for limited carryoff
- Excellent corrosion inhibition, generally in excess of six months in dry storage
- Nonstaining and RPO 6BF will provide cleaning action as well
- Water displacing to help prevent rust due to water trapped under the protective film
- Oxidation resistant to resist varnishing over long storage periods

RPO 8F provides excellent protection for bearings and other precision parts, in-process parts in storage, as well as parts in transit.
- Barium-free
