TRIM® E925 is a revolutionary hybrid soluble oil based on a unique blend of mineral oil based and vegetable ester based additives. Vegetable ester technology gives TRIM E925 extremely high cutting performance without using traditional chlorinated or sulphurised EP additives. This “green” environmental profile is further enhanced by the fact that TRIM E925 does not contain boron or formaldehyde donor compounds. TRIM E925 is a proven, superior product for machining high strength steels, stainless steels, aluminium and corrosion resistant aerospace alloys.

The new Palm Abbe is a fourth-generation digital handheld refractometer that puts laboratory precision in the palm of your hand. TRIM® SC511 has the wetting and cooling characteristics of a premium heavy-duty synthetic for superior turning, milling and grinding results. It also has sufficient lubrication for most “down-the-hole” operations on machining centers.

    TRIM® CLEAN B3 Detergent Booster/Defoamer

    TRIM® CLEAN B3 is a highly concentrated blend of surfactants (surface-active agents) designed to add cleaning power to high-pressure spray washers without causing excessive foaming. The product may be added to a wide range of TRIM® alkaline cleaners to boost cleaning power.

    • CLEAN B3 contains no borates, phosphates, nitrites, or amines
    • B3 is low foaming when used above 105°F
    • This product is an excellent choice where both ferrous and/or copper alloy parts are being processed
    • CLEAN B3 will not stain aluminum parts
    • CLEAN B3 is odorless
    • Highly caustic cleaners often produce “soaps” as a part of their cleaning action; CLEAN B3 is very effective at reducing foam resulting from the formation of these soaps
    • Cleaner bath life can often be extended by using small doses of CLEAN B3; this product is particularly effective in removing oily soils, but will not affect the “split” of oils in TRIM® CLEAN 2430.

VHP® E812 is a fluid that will allow you to get maximum benefits from high velocity through-the-tool coolant delivery systems on VMCs and HMCs and will assist in achieving the maximum productivity from creepfeed grinders as well. While VHP® E812 is very stable and is both operator and environmentally “friendly”, its greatest strength comes from its ability to help you get the job done. It is compatible will all metals and many nonmetallic materials as well. Even with a product as “gutsy” as VHP® E812 it will run for extended periods of time without adds and will do so in a very clean manner.

    TRIM® MicroSol® 585 is a high lubricity, semisynthetic microemulsion coolant. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron it does very well in mixed metal situations. MicroSol 585 has proven to be an exceptional machining fluid for titanium alloys.

    TRIM® CLEAN 2115AL Low Foam Spray Washing Compound

    TRIM® CLEAN 2115AL is an aluminum compatible, high performance, low foam synthetic washing compound for use in very high-pressure spray washers, de-burring, and water jet cutting. Advanced surfactant technology provides excellent foam control and tramp oil rejection.

    • Compatible with a wide range of materials including aluminum, cast iron, steels, zinc, plastics, and composites
    • Resists foaming even when contaminated with large quantities of soils or coolant. This makes CLEAN 2115AL an excellent choice where rapid buildup of coolant carryover creates a foam problem

It will remove light oils and water soluble cutting and grinding fluid residues, and leave behind a thin rust inhibiting film for in-process corrosion inhibition of ferrous parts. CLEAN 3011 is also safe for use on aluminum alloy, copper, brass, bronze, and zinc. CLEAN 3011 is an excellent choice in cast iron operations where it can be used for cleaning and rust inhibition with excellent biostability.

    TRIM® NOCOR® E6 Low VOC Emulsion Corrosion Inhibitor Concentrate

    TRIM® NOCOR® E6 is a super concentrated barium-free water-based emulsion rust inhibitor that will protect steel, cast iron, and other ferrous parts from in-plant corrosion for up to six months. Parts coated with NOCOR E6 have a soft, almost invisible film that is easily removed using mild cleaners.

    • Environmental approvals are simplified because NOCOR E6 is nitrite, barium, boron, phenol, and phosphate free.
    • NOCOR E6 is low foaming, for use in low-pressure spray washers and flow coating operations. Dip application is also a good way to apply this product.

    TRIM® CLEAN 2025NP is a highly concentrated liquid parts washing compound/corrosion inhibitor for use in spray and immersion washers including ultrasonics. This product is safe and effective on aluminum alloy and steel alloy parts, as well as cast iron, brass and zinc. CLEAN 2025NP provides good detergency and long life for the removal of coolants, straight oils, corrosion inhibitors, and all types of metalworking fluids.

    • Prevents flash rusting on steel or cast iron parts if not rinsed

    TRIM® NOCOR® S1 is a synthetic, water soluble, ferrous corrosion inhibitor/rinse for short-term storage or shipment. Effective at concentrations from 3%-15% in water, it provides a very thin, water soluble protective surface. NOCOR S1 is very low foaming for use in spray cabinets and can also be used as a vibratory finishing or burnishing compound. NOCOR products do not contain nitrites or barium compounds.

    • The transparent surface left by NOCOR S1 is easily removed and will not interfere with additional machining, gauging, or assembly steps
    • In leak test tanks, NOCOR S1 remains clear and its light green fluorescent color is an advantage for visibility. It also provides good residual corrosion protection
