TRIM® MicroSol® 485
Long-life Ferrous Semisynthetic
TRIM® MicroSol® 485 is a long life semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant designed for ferrous metalworking operations and optimized for difficult working environments associated with cast iron. MicroSol 485 prevents leaching of elemental iron and thus eliminates clinkering and oxidation of ferrous micro fines. Formula delivers extended sump life versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from TRIM® coolants. MicroSol 485 is value-priced and specifically designed for use on ferrous metals.

TRIM<sup>®</sup> MicroSol<sup>®</sup> 585
TRIM® MicroSol® 585 is a high lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM® coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. MicroSol® 585 has proven to be an exceptional machining fluid for titanium alloys. MicroSol® 585 has a Pratt & Whitney approval number (PMC 9362).

TRIM® MicroSol® 585XT
Extended-life, Nonchlorinated Semisynthetic

TRIM® MicroSol® 585XT is a high-lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. The formula delivers extended sump life and better foam control versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM® coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. MicroSol 585XT has proven to be an exceptional machining fluid for titanium alloys.

Long-life Microemulsion
TRIM®MicroSol®606 is a microemulsion semisynthetic coolant made specifically for machining aluminum, steel and alloy steel. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM® coolant.

  • MicroSol 606 is a very versatile product that does an outstanding job in milling, drilling and tapping cast or wrought aluminum, vertical or horizontal machining center work on alloy steel, surface and centerless grinding, and in general purpose job shop operations
  • MicroSol 606 contains very effective extreme-pressure additives to control built-up edge
  • It is compatible with all ferrous and nonferrous materials
  • This product has a very fine emulsion, which helps to get the fluid to the point of cut
  • MicroSol 606 rejects tramp oil to help extend sump life and increase recycling options
